A selective view of the assets and mandates we work on.
Most of our work takes place in an environment of absolute discretion. For this reason, this page does not display an exhaustive list, but a curated view of the types of assets, projects and mandates in which BASK is involved, always with a long-term, wealth-building mindset.
1. How we view the portfolio
More than assets, elements of a long-term portfolio
Our goal is not to accumulate properties, but to build a coherent set of pieces that make sense together: in terms of location, quality, income generation and the role each one plays within the client’s overall wealth.
We work both on single assets and portfolios, but always under three guiding criteria:
- Distinctiveness: there must be something about the asset that makes it worth building around.
- Coherence: the asset must fit within the overall wealth strategy, rather than being an isolated element.
- Long-term resilience: beyond the immediate cycle, it must make sense to keep holding it.
2. Asset typologies
What types of assets we work on
Prime urban residential:
Residential assets in consolidated urban corridors, with stable demand and high-quality surroundings: signature buildings, full refurbishments, large-format homes and selected residential ensembles.
Villas, estates & lifestyle destinations:
Properties where the place itself is a core part of the value: villas, estates and assets in coastal, natural or historic locations, often with a mixed-use vocation (private, family and discreet hospitality).
Hospitality & signature living:
Boutique hotels, long-stay accommodation, serviced apartments and branded residences in destinations with international demand, where experience and profitability must be aligned.
Selective infrastructure & logistics:
Logistics platforms, next-generation warehouses, specialised storage and technical assets that underpin essential value chains and provide stable, long-term income streams.
Sports, clubs & experiences:
Private sports clubs, high-performance centres, equestrian facilities, wellness spaces and hybrid concepts where sport, community and an elevated lifestyle come together within a single asset.
3. Representative mandates
Confidentiality as standard
Many of the projects we work on – particularly those involving families, family offices and private investors – are structured under strict confidentiality commitments.
For this reason:
- We do not publish nominal lists of assets or counterparties.
- Detailed information on transactions, contracts and structures is only shared within an existing relationship and under the appropriate agreements.
- What we present here is a qualitative representation of the type of work we do, never a complete inventory.
4. Confidentiality
For confidentiality reasons, we only describe in general terms a number of mandate types that illustrate how we work, without identifying specific assets or counterparties.
- Repositioning of an urban residential building: Mandate for the acquisition, full refurbishment and repositioning of a residential building in a consolidated neighbourhood, targeting high-quality units to be held as a long-term portfolio asset.
- Hybrid hospitality & living Project: Structuring of a joint venture to develop an asset that combines a boutique hotel with serviced apartments, aimed at international medium- and long-stay clientele.
- Private sports and social club: Design and co-investment in a sports club focused on racquet sports, wellness and social life, with a limited-membership model and a carefully curated sports and corporate events programme.
- Logistics and the real economy: Acquisition and development of next-generation logistics assets linked to the supply chains of industrial and consumer-goods companies, under long-term lease agreements.
5. Investor partnerships
Aligned capital, long-term relationships.
BASK works with a select circle of institutional investors, family offices and qualified private wealth who share our long-term view and our approach to selection and governance.
We collaborate through tailor-made structures, including:
- Private investment funds and vehicles.
- Joint ventures and co-investment clubs.
- Mandates and separately managed accounts.
